Anoop Handa

Anoop Handa has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Anoop currently serves as the Global Head of Delivery - Digital Transformation (HCM & Global Payroll) at Ramco Systems, where they are responsible for transforming the global delivery model of digital transformation initiatives for increased profitability and superior customer experience. Prior to this, Anoop founded and managed Anlight Consulting Services Private Limited, a consulting company that offers strategic technology consulting, digital transformation, HR tech implementation, staffing, and executive search services. Anoop also worked as the Regional Program Management for Asia and a vCIO (Virtual CIO) at AXA Assistance. Previously, Anoop held executive roles such as Executive Vice President - Technology & CIO at Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd. and CIO (Chief Information Officer) at Fullerton Securities & Wealth Advisors Ltd. (a Temasek Holding Co.). Anoop also worked as a Director - Technology at Fidelity International, where they led IT strategy and managed the India captive technology center. Earlier in their career, Anoop held leadership positions at Royal & SunAlliance, Bank of America India, and Tata Consultancy Services. Their expertise includes delivering large-scale IT-enabled business transformation initiatives, providing strategic technology leadership, and driving innovative and effective business solutions.
