Mythili Venkat is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the technology and consulting sectors. Currently serving as the Regional Delivery Head for APAC and the Middle East at Ramco Systems since April 2019, Mythili Venkat oversees human capital management and payroll engagements in the region. Prior experience includes a tenure at SmartMegh Solutions Pvt Ltd from August 2012 to March 2019, where Mythili Venkat progressed from ERP functional consultant to roles including Chief Delivery Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Principal Solution Architect, managing operations, delivery, and finance. Mythili Venkat has implemented solutions across various industries including IT services, manufacturing, financial services, logistics, and retail, while managing projects in multiple countries throughout the Asia-Pacific region and the Gulf states. Academic qualifications include a Cost and Works Accountant degree from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
