Naveen Barak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data analysis and operations management. Currently serving as Manager of GMS & Partnership Operations at Ramco Systems since March 2023, Naveen previously held the role of Senior Operations - Data Analyst at Birdeye, focusing on data analysis for sales, marketing, and customer success teams. Prior to that, as Manager of Data Analysis & Operations at Unifyed, responsibilities included analyzing big data, deriving insights from marketing campaigns, and automating reports. Naveen's background also encompasses positions in Salesforce administration and CRM management, with foundational roles at Dolphin Software and Onlineres, starting from 2007. Naveen holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication from the University of Mumbai and a Master of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Lingaya's University, Faridabad.
