Sam Jacob

Currently heading the Global Aviation Solution at Ramco, Sam Jacob contributes to various aspects of Ramco’s Aviation business, right from product design, development, presales and implementation consulting to customer support.

With over 20 years of experience in the company, Sam Jacob is a pioneer at Ramco with rich experience in consulting, product design and delivery of enterprise class products for the Aviation M&E/MRO space. He has helped establish Ramco Aviation as a core product and has successfully built the product delivery structure. Sam harbors special interest in process architecture and technology innovation in product design and engineering, and has notable expertise in process analysis, process optimization, product blueprint & user interaction design and product life cycle management, for large integrated business applications. He has spearheaded numerous innovations in product engineering and delivery, and has initiated, planned and successfully delivered many large scale product development programs. Sam has extensive experience in consulting and executing large transformation programs, providing leadership in implementation and sustainment of product deployment in complex operating environments.

He joined Ramco in June 1997, armed with a B Tech and an MBA, and has since then travelled a milestone packed road.
