Soly has been with Dental Designs since its inception in 2004. With an extensive educational background on behavioral science, child welfare and counseling. She completed her knowledge with business education and compliments Dr. Padilla on the health and growth of the offices and the teams. Soly ensures the teams are kept trained, ensures to hire only the best for the offices. Maintains our vision of commitment and growth and oversees patient attention and employee success. Her energetic personality and technology knowledge makes up a great fusion of talents which keep the company modern and dynamic. Soly’s role takes her to be usually “behind scenes”, however, if you are lucky, you might find her in the office talking to patients, giving them a warm welcoming smile and laughing which is her distinctive trait.

For Soly life is in the positive and no matter the negative of a situation there is always something to learn from it.

Mission: Her mission is twofold.
