Ilan Meltser

Ilan Meltser has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 1999 at InfoGin, they worked as a Software Developer for two years before joining Cellcom as an RF Optimization Engineer from 2001 to 2004. In 2005, they joined Marvell Israel Ltd., where they held various positions, including Senior RF Engineer, RF System Engineer, and Radio Frequency Engineering Manager until 2015. At Intel Corporation, Ilan served as Product System Architecture from 2015 to 2018, Si TOP System Architecture from 2018 to 2019, and WiFi MAC System Architect from 2019 to 2020. Most recently, they worked at Parallel Wireless as a Research and Development Group Manager, where they led a team of 20 engineers involved in designing Radio solutions for the O-RAN-based Cellular base-station industry. Currently, they are employed as the Product Engineering Group Manager at Ramon.Space.

Ilan Meltser obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Holon Institute of Technology, from the years 1998 to 2001. Ilan then pursued a Master's Degree in Systems Engineering from Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering, starting in 2012 and ending in 2014. Later on, they furthered their education at the same institution and earned another Master's Degree in Systems Engineering, from the years 2014 to 2016. In addition, Ilan Meltser obtained a certification in ADS Simulation Tool from Agilent Technologies in March 2014.
