Joe Cartagena has a wide range of experience in construction and project management roles. From their early days as a Carpenter Apprentice at The Conco Companies, Joe has worked their way up to roles such as Project Manager III at Torres Construction Corp. and Sr. Manager of Construction & Facilities at ROC. Joe's experience includes working on projects for various organizations such as San Diego Airport Authority, Los Angeles Unified School District, and the Afghan National Army. In each role, Joe has displayed a strong commitment to ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
