Amy Aixi Zhang

Amy Aixi Zhang currently serves as Lead Product Counsel at Ramp since July 2023, after holding the position of Product Counsel at the same company. Previously, Zhang worked as Policy Counsel at Paradigm during 2022-2023 and as an Associate in the Financial Institutions Group at Debevoise & Plimpton from 2020 to 2022, where responsibilities included banking legislation and policy, as well as co-leading the Asian Affinity Group and participating in the firm's Diversity Committee. Zhang's experience also includes a Legal Fellowship at Valon focused on regulatory research, and participation in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's Student Honors Program within the Enforcement Division's Cyber Unit. Additional roles included Project Coordinator at the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society and Researcher at ProPublica. Zhang holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Politics from New York University.
