Ilakiya Mariappan

Ilakiya Mariappan is a Human Resources Assistant at Ramraj Cotton since October 2021, demonstrating expertise in the field. Prior experience includes a role in Product Management at Chanakya Mental Health Service in early 2021, where learning opportunities were appreciated under the mentorship of Mr. Nikil. Ilakiya also completed a Product Management Internship at Triosrex in late 2020, which was highly regarded as an excellent experience. Additionally, a series of finance internships was undertaken at Jmarathon Advisory Services, Vardhan Consulting Engineers, and Profit Idea during mid-2020. Ilakiya holds a Master of Business Administration in HR and Finance from KIT-Kalaignarkarunanidhi Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Sri Ramanathan Engineering College.
