With a master's degree from CELSA (Paris Sorbonne), a double degree in anthropology and linguistics as well as an executive program from INSEAD (European Institute of Business Administration), Brigitte Cachon began her career at within the Technip engineering group to manage communication for a subsidiary (1990-1996) then became deputy director of communication (1996-2001). She then joined the Kering group to develop communication for Finaref (2001-2007) then Crédit Agricole Assurances as Communication and CSR Director (2007-2015).
She then joined Gecina as executive director of transformation, marketing and CSR (2015-2018). Since 2019, she has been director of communication, innovation and CSR of the Orpea group.
She was appointed Director of Communication, Brand and CSR of Ramsay Santé and General Delegate of the Ramsay Santé Corporate Foundation on September 1 , 2021 .
