Back in Paris, she joined the firm Stibbe (now Latham & Watkins) of which she became a partner. Laurence Pinot-Lacan then joined as a partner the firm SJ Berwin, then the firm August Debouzy. In 2007, she took charge of the legal department of the Transdev SA group, a leading international group in the mobility of people. In September 2013, she became Legal Director of the Sanef group, a motorway manager.
She was appointed Group Legal Director of Ramsay Santé on March 1 , 2021.
