Michael Adler

Michael Adler has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Michael most recently worked at Ramsay Santé, where as the Business Innovation Director, they pioneered and launched the Accelerator Program, driving innovative venture building and strategic partnerships with start-ups. Prior to this, they served as the Business Innovation Manager at Ramsay Santé, where they shaped the Innovation Hub Strategy and Group Innovation strategy, driving growth through innovation, ventures, and partnerships. Michael also co-created the Group's Data Strategy, ensuring data-driven decision-making and digital transformation. Michael has also served as an Advisory Board Member at SHFT, a Danish company specializing in AI-powered coaching services. Michael co-founded andBloss, a company that sells speciality roasted coffee, chocolate, and tea. Additionally, Michael has held positions including Business Controller at Capio Sverige, Business Consultant at SJR, Co-Founder at Safis Solutions Ltd., Chief Operating Financial Officer at Torch Coffee, and Board Member at Vinmedhjerte. Michael began their career as an Investment Advisor (Intern) at Nordea. Throughout their career, Michael has demonstrated strategic leadership, financial expertise, and a strong focus on innovation and partnerships.

Michael Adler has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School, which they obtained from 1999 to 2002. Michael then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Finance from the same institution from 2002 to 2004. Later on, Michael obtained their MBA with Distinction from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School, attending from 2008 to 2011. In 2017, they received their CQI Licensed Q Arabica Grader certification from the Coffee Quality Institute.
