Born in 1965, Odile Agopian holds a Doctorate in General Medicine, an MBA from the HEC Group (management control option) and a Capacity in Addictology.
She began her career as a consultant at Bossard Consultants in 1994, before becoming Director of Medical Affairs at the Saint Joseph Hospital Foundation in 1997.
She joined the Générale de Santé group in 2002, first as Director of several Group Clinics then as Regional Director of Aftercare and Rehabilitation South East in 2008. She was appointed Deputy Director of Operations in 2011, then Director of Operations under the management of Damien Michon in 2015. She joined the Executive Committee of Ramsay Générale de Santé on December 22, 2017 as Director of Mental Health. She becomes Director of Operations and Development of Mental Health France from February 6, 2019.
