Mike Gray

Mike Gray is currently working as the Co Managing Director at Xcelerate Action since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Ramsay Health Care, where they held various roles such as Project Lead, Commercial Business Partner, and Interim Commercial Manager. Mike also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Port Macquarie Private Hospital on a maternity contract. Before joining Ramsay Health Care, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Hudson and as the Finance Manager at Hyatt Regency Adelaide.

Mike Gray obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Accounting from the University of Adelaide in 2004. Mike also holds a Graduate Diploma in Chartered Accountancy from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
