Scott Gregory has a diverse work experience spanning over 30 years. Scott is currently working as a Fractional CFO at Ramsay Innovations, Inc. where they provide data-driven actionable insights to help increase the growth trajectory of SMBs.

Prior to that, Scott worked at ViaSat Inc. as a Project Controller for Domestic and International Programs. In this role, they designed and executed financial models to support emerging business operations in various regions. Scott also reduced operational costs by 30% through supply chain optimization and led the implementation of a Center of Excellence to improve financial visibility.

Scott also has experience working at Iron Mountain, where they served as a Territory Business Manager. In this role, they managed the financial aspects of a $185MM revenue territory, strategized future financial performance in partnership with Sales and Account Management, and implemented policies and procedures to reduce expenses by 20% annually. Scott also led Go To Market strategies and executed Operational Excellence initiatives that improved the performance of 45 business units in Southern CA, resulting in a reduction of $2 million.

Before joining Iron Mountain, Scott worked at the University of Washington as a Research Analyst and served in the US Army's 82nd Airborne Division as part of the 82nd Airborne Division.

Scott Gregory earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the University of Washington, where they studied from 2001 to 2004. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Finance at the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business, completing their studies from 2014 to 2016.
