Christopher Wong

Christopher Wong currently serves as the Senior Manager of Customer Experience & Digital Innovation at Ramsay Sime Darby Health Care. Prior to this role, Christopher held positions at various companies such as Apical, Astro, Maxis, Standard Chartered Bank, Scope International, and Public Bank Berhad, where Christopher gained extensive experience in project management, customer experience, and business transformation. With a background in Bioinformatics from Universiti Malaya, Christopher has demonstrated skills in NPS program execution, customer journey design, and leading new projects in digital banking and consumer banking operations.
