Blake Ball

Blake Ball is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in customer relationship management and project management. Currently serving as a Customer Relationship Manager for Smart Dollar at Ramsey Solutions since May 2022, Blake previously worked as an EPIK Project Manager at Granite Telecommunications from January to May 2022. Blake also held various roles within Kappa Alpha Order from May 2016 to January 2022, including Director of Risk Management and Associate Director of Chapter Services. Additionally, Blake was a Radio Announcer at Austin Peay State University from August 2013 to May 2016, providing play-by-play and color commentary for home football and basketball games. Blake's career began at Kroger, where responsibilities included Front End Supervisor and Customer Service Associate while promoting the Kroger 123 Rewards Visa Card from November 2012 to April 2016. Blake earned a Bachelor's degree in Sports Broadcasting from Austin Peay State University in 2016.
