Justin Redman

Justin Redman has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Justin is currently working as a Design Lead at Ramsey Solutions since July 2022, where they previously held the position of Sr. Product Designer from July 2018 to July 2022. Before that, Justin co-founded their own company, Redman Creative, in 2005, where they served as the Co-founder & Creative Director.

Justin has also worked as a Sr. UI/UX Designer at Veritas Technologies LLC from April 2017 to July 2018. Prior to that, they served as the Interim Director Of User Experience at The Bernard Group, Inc. from January 2017 to March 2017, and as a Web Designer & Developer from June 2015 to March 2017. Justin's experience also includes working as a Designer at Reve Consulting from February 2014 to June 2015 and as an Art Director & Designer at Tartan Marketing from March 2013 to February 2014.

Earlier in their career, Justin worked as a Graphic Designer at the University of Northwestern - St. Paul from February 2011 to March 2013. Justin also gained experience as an Operations Support Representative at Virtual Radiologic from June 2010 to February 2011, and as a Graphic Design Assistant at the University of Northwestern - St. Paul from June 2006 to December 2009.

Justin Redman obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Northwestern — St. Paul between 2005 and 2009. Justin also received a certification in Digital Product Management: Modern Fundamentals from Coursera in 2019.
