Michael Finney

Michael Finney's work experience begins in 1998, when they worked as a Solutions Advisor at Gateway Computer. Michael then worked as an Application Developer at Business Systems from 1999 to 2002, where they gained valuable coding experience. In 2002, they joined Towers Watson as an Actuarial Analyst and later became a Senior Actuarial Analyst. During their time at Towers Watson, they focused on improving efficiency in pension valuation work and developed a custom project management tool. In 2007, Michael joined Ramsey Solutions, initially as a Product Manager, where they played a key role in building new products and conducting in-depth research. Michael later became the Chief Digital Officer, responsible for the company's digital functions, before being promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2021. In this role, they oversee technology, processes, and various departments within the company.

Michael Finney attended The University of Memphis from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a BBA degree in Management Information Systems. Michael also holds additional certifications in Certified Scrum Product Owner and Pragmatic Marketing.
