Rebecca Peng

Director, CalWORKs Counseling & Pre Vocational Services at RAMS

Rebecca is a bilingual and bicultural licensed marriage and family therapist. She’s fluent in Mandarin Chinese. She has been with RAMS since 2007. Rebecca have served various roles within the agency as a Behavioral Health Counselor, Clinical Supervisor, Clinical Manager, and most recently as the Director of CalWORKs Counseling and Prevocational Services. Rebecca has over 20 years of work history in various social service and community mental health agencies in San Francisco Bay Area. She spent most of her career in non-profits serving adolescents, immigrant families, survivors of domestic violence, and dual-diagnosed low-income women in recovery.

Rebecca maintains a private practice in San Francisco specializing in Asian Americans/immigrants/minority issues, women’s issues, teens, inter-generational issues, and acculturation/cross-cultural issues.
