Tsz Kwan Lan is an experienced behavioral health counselor at Richmond Area Multi Services since July 2019, with a solid background in mental health support and research. Previous roles include serving as a research assistant for The Learning Framework Study under Dr. Sarah Taylor, conducting interviews, data entry, and presenting findings at a symposium. Tsz held an internship at San Francisco Jail Health Services, providing psychotherapy and crisis intervention to inmates, and worked as a Master of Social Work intern with UCSF Citywide Case Management Services, offering intensive case management to clients with mental illness. Additionally, Tsz served as a family advocate at APA Family Support Services, delivering trilingual support and managing client cases. Tsz holds a Master of Social Work from California State University - East Bay and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Oregon State University.
