Bing Zhou has a diverse work experience in the field of bio-sciences and research. They have held various roles at different companies. Starting from 2011, Bing worked as a Research Associate at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, leading projects and collaborating with professionals from other institutions. They also served as a Senior Scientist at Asinex-USA, where they developed assays and established protocols for drug testing. From 2015 to 2019, Bing worked at QIAGEN as a Senior Scientist and Manager, overseeing recruitment, staff development, and management of curation scientists. Currently, Bing is working at Rancho BioSciences as a Principal Scientist/QC Manager, bringing their expertise to ensure quality control and leading teams.
Bing Zhou obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Qufu Normal University, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. Bing then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Developmental Biology at Wuhan University from 2001 to 2007. Following their doctoral studies, Zhou engaged in Postdoctoral Training in Oncology and Human Genetics at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2007 to 2010.
