Maryann Whitley

Assoc Director, Program Lead at Rancho BioSciences

Maryann Whitley has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. Maryann started their career in 1983 as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. In 1985, they pursued a graduate program at Harvard School of Public Health where they worked as a Graduate Student until 1991. Maryann then joined Brigham and Women's Hospital in 1992 as a Postdoc until 1996. In 1996, Maryann joined Pfizer as an Associate Director, a role they held until 2009 when they became the Director of Bioinformatics. Maryann remained with Pfizer until 2017. Currently, Maryann is employed at Rancho BioSciences, where they initially served as a Senior Scientist from 2017 to 2022, and now holds the position of Assoc Director, Program Lead starting from February 2022.

Maryann Whitley attended the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health from 1985 to 1991. During this time, they pursued a degree in Immunology and obtained a Doctor of Science (DSc) degree. Prior to their time at Harvard, they had also completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree at the University of Florida. The field of study for their BS degree is not specified.
