Kathleen Naylor

Kathleen Naylor, CPA has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Kathleen started their career at Nation Smith Hermes Diamond in 2000 as a Supervising Senior, where they worked until 2004. In 2004, they joined Rancho Water as an Accounting Manager and served in that role until becoming the Chief Financial Officer in July 2022. Currently, they hold the position of CFO at Rancho Water.
