Brian Snow has extensive experience in law enforcement and education. Currently serving as a Deputy Sheriff with the Orange County Sheriff's Department since January 1999, Brian Snow also teaches as a Behavioral Health Instructor at Rancho Santiago Community College District since August 2020. Prior to these roles, Brian Snow worked as a Pharmacy Technician at Patient Care Pharmacy and in the United States Army. Academically, Brian Snow holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Corrections from California State University, Long Beach, and an Associate of Arts in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Cerritos College.

The Rancho Santiago Community College District (RSCCD) is responsive to the educational needs of its ever-changing community and provides programs and services that reflect academic excellence. Santa Ana College and Santiago Canyon College are public community colleges of RSCCD, which serve the residents of Anaheim Hills, East Garden Grove, Irvine, Orange, Santa Ana, Tustin and Villa Park. Both colleges provide education for academic transfer and careers, courses for personal and professional development, customized training for business and industry, and programs to train nurses, firefighters and law enforcement personnel.
