Jimena Burdman

Jimena Burdman has been working in the Human Resources field since 1998. Jimena began their career at gA Corporate as a Consultor Senior JDE and Consultor JDE, providing functional consulting for JDE Finances. From 2008 to 2010, they worked at DITEM Centro de Día de Salud Mental as a Concurrente. In 2018, they joined the Government of the City of Buenos Aires as the Agencia de Sistemas de Información, where they supported different departments with their technological change processes. In 2019, Jimena joined Spark Digital as the Director of Organizational Development. Later that year, they moved to intive as the Director of People Engagement & Internal Comms Americas. In 2022, they joined Rand Labs as the Head of People, where they are responsible for HR Strategies & Processes, Training & Development, Employee Experience, Performance Management, Organizational Design, Communications, Management Development & Coaching, and People Engagement.

Jimena Burdman's education history includes a Lic. en Administración from Universidad de Belgrano from 1993 to 1997, a Lic. en Psicología from Universidad de Belgrano from 2006 to 2010, an Academia de Liderazgo Ágil from Universidad de 'San Andrés' in 2020, and a Programa de Coaching y Liderazgo from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella from 2021 to 2022.
