Arun Varughese

Arun Varughese is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the Technology, Media, and Telecoms (TMT) sector, currently serving as Co-Head at RMB - Rand Merchant Bank since January 2012. In this role, Arun manages client relationships and strategy across regions including Africa, the United Kingdom, and India, overseeing various product groups such as M&A, lending, and transactional banking. With a background in corporate finance focused on deal origination and execution, Arun has held multiple roles at RMB, including leading cross-border M&A activities from the London office.
