Renita Reddy

Renita Reddy holds an MBA and has extensive experience in learning and development across various sectors. Currently serving as Learning Manager at RMB - Rand Merchant Bank since June 2023, Renita also acts as Group Head of Learning and Development at Allan Gray Proprietary Limited. Previously, Renita held multiple roles at Rand Merchant Bank, including Head of Learning and Development for Global Markets, where responsibilities encompassed designing learning strategies, conducting needs analyses, and implementing training programs across Africa. With a background that includes positions at Atos, Can!Do Consulting, Accenture, and the South African Department of Education, Renita has developed expertise in crafting and executing learning solutions, managing projects, and fostering talent development. Academic qualifications include a Master’s in Business Administration and several certifications in education, human resources, and coaching.
