Nadeem Kyle Fredericks

Nadeem Kyle Fredericks currently serves as the Group Executive for Strategy Execution and Head of Strategy & Enablement at Rand Mutual - RMA, a position held since January 2021. Prior to this role, Nadeem was with Hollard International, leading the Direct to Consumer initiative in Indonesia and overseeing Marketing & Retentions across South East Asia from April 2018 to January 2021. Nadeem's experience also includes significant positions at Hollard Insurance, AIG South Africa, Liquid Capital Group, and Peugeot Citroën South Africa, covering a range of managerial and executive roles focused on consumer lines, financial services, and client relations. Nadeem has an extensive educational background, including an Executive MBA from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Cape Town, a Global Leadership Development Program certification from the Conscious Leadership Institute, and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of South Africa.
