Nduduzo Majozi (MBA)

Nduduzo Majozi has over 15 years of experience in the technology and insurance industries. Currently, they serve as the Group Chief Technology Officer at Rand Mutual - RMA since May 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Fundi SA from October 2019 to April 2022, and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) from September 2018 to September 2019. Before joining Fundi SA, Nduduzo worked at Hollard Insurance, where they had various roles including IT Manager: Life Division from March 2017 to September 2018, Solutions Architect: Group Services from July 2012 to February 2017, and Tech Lead & Senior Software Developer: Group Services from January 2006 to July 2012. Nduduzo also worked as a Technical Lead and Integration Specialist at AutoProtect in 2007.

Nduduzo Majozi's education history begins with a degree in IT Project Management from the University of Johannesburg. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science from the University of Zululand. Nduduzo then furthered their studies and obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computer Science from the University of the Witwatersrand.

To enhance their leadership skills, Nduduzo Majozi attended the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford, where they completed an Executive Leadership Programme. Lastly, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Henley Business School.
