Thobelizwe Sithole

Thobelizwe Sithole has extensive experience in the insurance and banking sectors, currently serving as a Customer Account Executive, Stakeholder Liaison Officer, and Claims Assessor at Rand Mutual since February 2015. In the role of Claims Assessor, Thobelizwe is responsible for adjudicating disability claims, ensuring accuracy in ICD10 coding, and processing both temporal and permanent disablement funds. Previously, Thobelizwe worked as a Sales Consultant at First National Bank from February 2014 to February 2015, where responsibilities included selling financial products to clients and achieving sales targets. Thobelizwe holds a Certificate from Moonstone obtained in 2016 and attended IIE Rosebank College from 2009 to 2012.
