Kim Valdes

VP, Sales Strategy & Operations at Rand Worldwide

Kim has held sales operations roles her whole career. She not only sets the direction for the sales organization but helps ensure execution against that vision. She is laser-focused on ensuring that every interaction the customers have with IMAGINiT, brings value. Her responsibilities include oversight of the teams that are responsible for customer advocacy, contract renewals, order management, and sales onboarding. Kim’s well-established relationships with Autodesk, ensure that IMAGINiT is always aligned and on the forefront of adapting to Autodesk's business changes so that the customers experience business continuity. In addition to this, Kim shines when working with customers to bring clarity and simplicity to complex licensing and purchasing processes.

Kim was with Avatech Solutions for 11 years before joining IMAGINiT as a result of the Avatech Solutions merger in 2010. Kim graduated from the University of South Florida.
