Sheila MacArthur

Sheila MacArthur is an experienced legal professional and business owner, currently serving as the Owner of Turquoise Seas LLC since 2016. Sheila has successfully managed contracts negotiation and legal compliance at CMB from May 2017 to November 2019, while also holding roles in governance risk compliance at The TJX Companies, and AML compliance for State Street Bank through Special Counsel.
