Rob Miller is a seasoned executive search professional with significant experience in recruiting top-tier talent for leadership positions. Currently serving as a Partner at Randall Partners, LLC since October 2023, Miller previously held the position of Director Executive Search at Felix Global from February 2021 to September 2023. As the founder and Principal of Miller Search from January 2020 to February 2021, Miller focused on C-Suite and senior executive recruitment. Additional experience includes serving as Principal at Roberts & Ryan in 2019 and Battalia Winston from 2013 to 2018, a prominent woman-owned executive search firm.
