Karin Williams, PHR, SHRM-CP, has over 30 years of experience in human resources and benefits management. Currently serving as the Benefits and Operations Manager at Randall-Reilly since October 2014, Karin oversees various benefits functions. Prior to this role, Karin held the position of Director of HR at Key Staff Source, Inc. from March 1992 to October 2014. Karin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce and Business Administration from The University of Alabama, earned between 1986 and 1991.
