Phillip "Tackleberry" OBriant has an extensive background in aviation, holding various roles in the United States Air Force and with companies such as Boeing and R&K Enterprise Solutions, Inc. With a Master's degree in Aerospace Science and Technology from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from East Carolina University, OBriant brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to their current position as ACC/A3TO CAF CAS ADAIR SME at R&K Enterprise Solutions, Inc.
