Michael Lienhard

Michael Lienhard joined Randle Communications in February 2020. Throughout his time at the firm, he has worked closely to support the firm’s growing public affairs and ballot initiatives practices. In his role as a Senior Account Executive, he helps lead operations across multiple accounts. Lienhard has conducted coalition development, stakeholder mapping and is one of the firm’s go-to members for research on a myriad of topics. Clients Lienhard has been a team member on include: the California Hospital Association, Californians Allied for Patient Protection, PEACH, Blue Shield and Dignity Health.

Prior to joining Randle Communications, Lienhard gained valuable experience working as a regional representative for former United States Senator Dean Heller. In this role, he coordinated with local and county governments, influential stakeholders and elected officials to build coalitions that worked together to find creative solutions to legislative issues that affected thousands of constituents. Additionally, he helped lead the advocacy for and implementation of Senator Heller’s legislative priorities throughout northern and rural Nevada. Lienhard also has prior experience working for the Charter Schools Association of Nevada and has supported numerous federal, state and local political campaigns and ballot measures.

Lienhard is a two-time graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a Minor in Business Administration and a Master of Public Administration and Policy.
