Bertrand managed a financial team, coordinated the integration of Canadian and American divisions, and implemented financial reporting and control systems. Bertrand also supported cost savings projects and contributed to strategic planning and annual budget preparation.

Bertrand Eustache completed their education at HEC Montréal, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Management accounting from 1996 to 1999. Bertrand further pursued their education at HEC Montréal and obtained a Master's in Business (M.Sc.) degree focused on Management accounting from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, they studied Health Sciences and obtained a College Degree from Collège Bois-de-Boulogne from 1994 to 1996. Additionally, they earned the certifications of MSc - Contrôle de gestion from Maîtrise en Science gestion - HEC Montréal and became a CPA-CMA through the Ordre des comptables en management accrédités du Québec in the year 2002.
