Brooke Cromar

Director Corporate Social Responsibility at Randstad Canada

Brooke Cromar has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Brooke started their career as a Research Associate at ArcticNet in 2006 and later became a Project Coordinator, focusing on the legal implications of climate change in Arctic countries. In 2007, they joined the Office of the Provost at McGill University as a Project Assistant and later became a Special Project Officer, managing time-sensitive projects for the senior executive team. In 2010, Brooke worked as a Public Relations Assistant at EcoPeace Middle East. Brooke then joined the White Ribbon Foundation in Australia as a Project Officer, where they supported the workplace and Ambassador programs to prevent violence against women. In 2013, they joined Federation CJA as a Development Officer and later became a Senior Development Officer. Currently, Brooke is working at Randstad Canada, where they have held multiple roles, including Corporate Social Responsibility Manager, Executive Director of the Randstad Canada Charitable Foundation, and currently, they serve as the Director of Corporate Social Responsibility.

Brooke Cromar holds a Master of Arts degree in Political Science from Western University. Brooke also pursued a Diploma in Environment with a field of study in Environmental Studies at McGill University. Additionally, Brooke obtained a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Political Science from St. Francis Xavier University. Brooke has completed the Indigenous Canada Course from the University of Alberta and the First Steps as an Indigenous Ally program from Indigenous Corporate Training Inc. Brooke also participated in the PEAK Program in the Frank Women's Leadership Program.
