Nancy D'Onofrio

Nancy D'Onofrio has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Nancy currently holds the position of Director, National Strategic Accounts (Enterprise) at Randstad Canada, where they are responsible for managing key accounts. Prior to this, they served as the Regional Professional Services Director- HR & Marketing, Communications & Digital at Randstad Canada, leading a team and driving performance and engagement in the Toronto HR Division.

Nancy has also been involved in various other ventures. Nancy worked as a Mentor at Monday Girl, a private members club focused on supporting and connecting women leaders. Nancy also served as a Co Organizer at DisruptHR Vaughan, an information exchange platform for HR professionals.

In terms of their previous experience, Nancy worked at Visage.Jobs as the Global Director of Business Development, where they developed market sales strategies and nurtured partnerships to drive growth. Nancy also held the position of Senior Enterprise Account Executive at Visage.Jobs.

Before joining Visage.Jobs, Nancy held multiple positions at Randstad Canada, including Regional Professional Services Director, Professional Services Director- Human Resources Division, and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Nancy also has experience in the creative industry, having worked as the Creative Director at Cocoa Jewelry Inc., where they were responsible for design and brand development. Nancy started their career as a Staffing Consultant at Randstad and also worked as a Retail Store Manager at Boutique Jacob Inc.

Nancy D'Onofrio attended Ryerson University from 2000 to 2001, studying Fashion/Apparel Design. Prior to that, they studied Fine and Studio Arts at York University from 1999 to 2000.
