Nicole Karpinski

Nicole Karpinski has extensive experience in business development and staffing, currently serving as Client Executive at Randstad Canada since June 2016, where responsibilities have included managing Mid-Market and Enterprise Accounts as well as overseeing the Greater Toronto Area and Eastern Ontario. Previous roles at Randstad Canada include Senior Director, Director of Insurance, Professional Services and Support Staffing, and Manager of Support Staffing. Prior to this, Nicole worked at Bath & Body Works as a High Performance Sales Agent from May 2012 to June 2016. Academically, Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Queen's University, a Master's of Teaching from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto, and a Certificate in Exercising Leadership from Harvard University.
