Arkadiusz Wieckiewicz

Arkadiusz Wieckiewicz has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Arkadiusz began their professional career at Bank Pekao in 2002, where they worked as a Referent for about eight months. In 2003, they transitioned to working as a self-employed individual, primarily focusing on selling and conducting business plans for EU projects. In 2004, they joined Randstad Polska as a Consultant, leveraging their expertise in various roles within the company. Arkadiusz progressed through positions such as Process Manager, Regional Manager, and Commercial & Business Innovation Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Commercial Director at Randstad Polska.

Arkadiusz Wieckiewicz received a Master's degree in Finance and banking from the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business in 2002. In 2010, they attended the Academy of Logistic and Production Management for a non-degree program. In 2011, they obtained a postgraduate diploma in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the Wyższa Szkoła Psychologii Społecznej we Wrocławiu.
