Natalia Strojczyk-Zawadzka

Natalia Strojczyk-Zawadzka is an experienced professional in recruitment and project management, currently serving as Branch Manager at Randstad Polska since January 2014. In this role, Natalia oversees the Gdańsk office's operations and financial performance, leads a consultant team, and drives business development in northern Poland. Responsibilities include managing large-scale recruitment projects, advising investors on SSC/BPO sectors, and building strong client relationships. Previously, Natalia held positions as Project Manager/Senior Consultant and Recruitment Consultant within the same company, along with earlier experience at Perfect Consulting as a Junior Recruitment and Trainings Specialist.
