Duane Hershberger

Duane Hershberger is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management and engineering leadership. Currently serving as the PMO Director for Randstad Technologies US since January 2016, Duane oversees delivery across multiple engineering groups, mentors project managers and engineers, and develops strategies for organizational growth. Prior experience includes roles as Associate Pastor at North Valley Baptist Church, Principal Project Manager, Six Sigma Quality Manager, and PMO Manager at Motorola Mobile Devices, where Duane improved project efficiencies and led quality initiatives. Earlier career positions include Project Manager at Technisource and Lead Software Engineer at Allied Signal - Commercial Avionics. Duane holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Iowa State University.
