Keith Mccutcheon

Keith McCutcheon is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in cloud and infrastructure management. Currently serving as Principal Director at Randstad Digital Americas since June 2013, Keith oversees eight Infrastructure Managed Service Accounts across various industries, ensuring client satisfaction and service reliability. Previous roles include Senior Program Manager and Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager, where achievements include exceeding service level agreements and establishing a substantial support team. Prior to Randstad, Keith was IT Operations Manager at UTi Worldwide Inc., managing a global Windows and network infrastructure, and served as a Microsoft Consultant at Eurodata Systems. Keith has also held positions in technical support and consultancy, beginning a career in IT after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Land Management from the University of Portsmouth.
