Jaya Dass

Jaya Dass is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the Randstad group. Currently serving as Managing Director APAC Randstad Enterprise-Randstad Sourceright and Risesmart since July 2024, Jaya previously held the position of Interim Managing Director for Singapore operations in early 2024. From May 2019 to June 2024, Jaya managed APAC regional operations for Randstad Career Transitions and coaching, as well as international permanent recruitment across multiple countries. Additional roles include Managing Director for APAC Perm in Singapore and Malaysia, and Managing Director for both Singapore and Malaysia, showcasing a strong focus on recruitment and staffing solutions. Jaya's career at Randstad Singapore began in 2008, culminating in significant leadership roles in corporate support and life sciences recruitment. Jaya holds a Master's degree in Marketing from UNSW and a Bachelor's degree from RMIT University.
