Franck Ribuot

Franck Ribuot is the current President at Randstad France, and they have held this position since March of 2020. Prior to this, they were the Chief Executive Officer ANZ, SEA and India & WGEA Pay Equity Ambassador at Randstad from March 2014 to March 2020. Franck has also previously served as the Senior Vice President & General Manager at Right Management - Global Leader in Talent & Career Management and Workforce Solutions from November 2006 to February 2014. During their time at Right Management, they were responsible for increasing profits by 65%, revenue by 23%, and engagement from 68% to 78%. Franck also helped secure $3m in new business within 12 months and increase the firm’s pipeline of new business opportunities by 35%. Franck’s experience and success in various leadership positions have led him to their current role as President at Randstad France.

Franck Ribuot has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from KEDGE Business School, as well as a Master of Business Management from the same school. Franck also has a certification from INSEAD Executive Education in Strategy in the Age of Digital Disruption. In addition, Franck has completed two programs at the London Business School: a Senior Executive Development Program in New Ways in Sales, and a Transformational Leadership Program in Organizational Leadership.
