Anchika Jain

Anchika Jain is a Senior Executive at Randstad India, a position held since July 2023, following a role as a Management Trainee. Prior to this, Anchika worked at BuildMyInfra from May 2022 to July 2023 as an HR Intern, focusing on talent acquisition, organizing employee engagement activities, improving onboarding processes, conducting soft skills workshops, and maintaining employee databases. In the summer of 2019, Anchika interned in Human Resources at Airport Authority of India, contributing to personnel mapping and initiatives aimed at enhancing diversity and equality within the organization. Holding an MBA from New Delhi Institute Of Management, completed in July 2023, and a prior degree from Maharaja Surajmal Institute, Anchika has built a solid foundation in human resources and business management.
