Priyanka Awasthy

Priyanka Awasthy serves as the Assistant Vice President of Business HR and Head of Talent Management at Randstad India, a position held since August 2016, where Priyanka leads a high-performing Business HR team for key business verticals. Prior experience includes working as an HR Business Partner at KazStroyService from August 2009 to April 2016, where responsibilities encompassed employee life-cycle management and talent sourcing. Earlier, Priyanka completed an internship at Punj Lloyd Limited in 2008. Educational qualifications include an Executive Development Program from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, a degree in High-Performing Business Partner from TIAS School for Business and Society, a Master’s in Psychology from Panjab University, and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Punjabi University, along with ongoing professional development in Training & Development and a recent program at London Business School on leading transformation in the digital age.
