Alicia Buzan, CPRW, NCOPE has extensive experience in resume writing and career branding. Alicia currently serves as the Senior Manager of Operations at Randstad RiseSmart, leading revenue growth initiatives globally. Alicia has also managed resume operations for various organizations such as Monster and the Wounded Warrior Program. Prior to their current role, Alicia owned and operated a full-service resume company. Alicia has a background in Journalism from Northern Arizona University.
